2023 Heumann-Armstrong Award Winners – Equal Opportunities for Students

We are glad to announce our third year of Heumann-Armstrong Award winners. This cycle, being the first since Judy’s passing, hold special significance to all of us. We, and The Coelho Center, are proud to acknowledge these six students, as well as our twelve semi-finalists, for fighting for access in education. We are proud to see so many students from across the country who are carrying on the legacy of Judy Heumann. Each of our six winners will receive a $1000 prize and have a video interview illustrated by Access Gallery.
